Travis is a second-generation contractor, who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. With a diverse background in construction, paired with Travis’s interpersonal skills, Travis creates a dynamic where clients feel comfortable and enjoy working with Swithenbank Construction. Travis takes pride in finding creative solutions for clients' most unique construction desires, which sets him apart from other contractors.

Project Manager/Estimator
Danielle has been with Swithenbank construction for 15 years. She started as an office employee who developed her construction skills, and obtained her general contractors license in 2019. Working as the estimator and project manager Danielle is meticulous at keeping projects on task and within budget. As an estimator Danielle obtains bids from vendors and qualified subcontractors, and develops a bid by negotiating prices and costing in house labor and materials. As a project manager Danielle is in the office and in field which makes her accessible to the crew, subcontractors, architects, engineers and clients. Her eye for detail gives our clients a unique and fresh perspective during what can be an overwhelming experience.

Building on the Mendocino Coast for over three decades, Leonard Swithenbank built Swithenbank Construction from the ground up, while starting his career in a lumber yard. Leonard built a highly reputable company on the Northern Californian Coast. His original goal of maintaining integrity while building a clients dream home, is still in place 30 years later! Leonard’s expertise in planning and building the most complicated projects is unmatched and has now been passed down to Travis Swithenbank.
