Project Success

How do we measure project success? What makes a project successful? By continually evaluating our approach and the end product we can gauge success.

There are three main indicators that help measure success: Schedule, Cost control and Quality. Did we meet or exceed these three indicators and the stakeholders expectations?  Do we have happy employees and clients, are architects seeking us?

Sustainability/Green Building

“Sustainability means meeting the needs of today without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their needs.” U.S. Green Building Council

The idea of sustainability in construction is to apply this principle by providing ways for buildings to use less virgin material and less energy, cause less pollution and less waste but still provide the benefits that construction projects have produced throughout history.

Our experience with the use of Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) and the most advanced window systems is unmatched here on the Coast, with numerous green built projects incorporating many of the latest elements in green building.

Sustainable Construction should not be seen as something exclusive to expensive projects. Our clients can benefit from even the smallest aspects of green construction principles without incurring additional costs.
